Do You Recognize These Enemies of Change?

Picture

Fatigue

82% of employees feel overworked. When people are struggling to keep up, they will reject even the best ideas if their plates are already full.
Picture

Skepticism

People will dismiss your ideas if they don't yet trust you or if there's a history of failed or painfully-executed initiatives.
Picture

Fear

Proverb: "The bird that sticks its head up gets shot." People are neurologically wired to avoid risk and cling to old behaviors for safety.
As a leader, your job is to overcome these challenges and make a meaningful difference.

We can help.

Fatigue, skepticism and fear are not true enemies—they are realities. We help leaders transform these realities through small empathy-based practices that get big results.
With consistent use of these practices, you can transform fatigue to energized engagement—skepticism to trust—and fear to willingness to give things a try.
